Project Specifics
PSEG Long Island will be upgrading the Malverne substation within the existing substation property lines. The new equipment will be able to handle more capacity and provide for better reliability in contingency situations. New storm hardened electrical equipment will also be installed to ensure that we can provide safe and reliable electric service to businesses and residents in the area.
Project Route
The Malverne substation is located near the intersection of Trinity Place and Arlington Avenue in the Village of Malvern.
