Our Consumer Advocates are here to help guide you through various utility assistance programs. Their mission is to help you maintain service, manage energy expenses and make informed decisions. Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP)
Get help paying your energy bills, with this federal program. HEAP provides both regular and emergency assistance for qualifying households and individuals.
Household Assistance Program
This program provides a discount on every bill. You may qualify if you receive benefits from select assistance programs, including HEAP, Medicaid, SNAP and others.
Project Warmth
Receive a grant for emergency assistance for heating fuel or electricity.
Residential Energy Affordability Partnership (REAP) Program
