PSEG Long Island Invites Contractors and Business Owners to Its Electrify Long Island Conference – Thursday, Oct. 29
1980 U.S. Olympic hockey team gold medal-winning goalie Jim Craig is keynote speaker
(UNIONDALE, N.Y. – Oct. 1, 2026) PSEG Long Island invites contractors and people interested in learning about breakthrough technologies that are redefining our energy landscape to attend its Electrify Long Island conference on Thursday, Oct. 29.
The conference is an opportunity for business owners, property managers, developers, architects, engineers, contractors and consultants to gain knowledge about PSEG Long Island’s rebate programs and implementing proven, cost-effective and sustainable energy-efficiency solutions to save themselves and their clients energy and money.
Electrify Long Island will be held at the Hilton Long Island/Huntington on Thursday, Oct. 29, from 7:30 AM – 4 PM. It will feature a full day of educational, hands-on workshops led by industry experts on topics such as: cutting edge heat pump technologies, EV fleet solutions, solar and battery storage, using AI to grow business and modern weatherization techniques.
Keynote speaker, Jim Craig, the gold medal-winning goalkeeper of the 1980 U.S. Olympic “Miracle on Ice” hockey team, will discuss goals, resilience, team building and developing a winning business strategy.
More than 500 attendees are expected to attend the event, which also includes a vendor showcase of new and innovative products.
