Katy Tatzel Director
Director - Corporate Communications
Katy Tatzel was named Director, Corporate Communications, in December 2022. In this role, she is responsible for leading internal and external communications that support PSEG Long Island’s employees, customers and its business focus of providing industry leading electric service while putting safety first.
Prior to joining PSEG Long Island, Ms. Tatzel was chief communications and external relations officer at Farmingdale State College SUNY.
Ms. Tatzel holds a bachelor’s degree in adolescent education and political science from SUNY Cortland, an MBA from Dowling College, and an advanced degree certificate from Stony Brook University in higher education administration.
Ms. Tatzel serves on the board of the Moxxie Mentoring Foundation, which champions the career growth and leadership development of young women and those navigating career transitions.
