Jodi Varon
Senior Director - Human Resources
Jodi Varon is Senior Director, Human Resources. Since November 2022, she has been responsible for partnering with PSEG's Enterprise HR Centers of Excellence and overseeing HR Operations for PSEG Long Island, including payroll, employee services, client and labor relations, benefits and leave, employee experience, learning and development, HRIS and workforce analytics.
Ms. Varon was previously Associate Counsel, Labor and Employment, for PSEG Service Corp. She has expertise in complex employment and labor law matters, as well as regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining PSEG in 2017, Ms. Varon was Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at a New York financial institution and a Labor and Employment partner at the New York law firm of Duane Morris LLP. She started her career at Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLP.
Ms. Varon has an undergraduate degree from Rutgers College and her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
