Jodi Varon
Director - Human Resources
Jodi Varon was named Director, Human Resources, in November 2022. In this role, she collaborates with PSEG’s Enterprise HR Centers of Excellence and has direct oversight of PSEG Long Island HR operations, including payroll, employee services, client and labor relations, benefits and leave, employee experience, learning and development, HRIS and workforce analytics.
Ms. Varon was previously Associate Counsel, Labor and Employment, for PSEG Services Corp. She has expertise in complex employment and labor law matters, as well as regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining PSEG in 2017, Ms. Varon was Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at a New York financial institution and a Labor and Employment partner at the New York law firm of Duane Morris LLP. She started her career at Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLP.
Ms. Varon has an undergraduate degree from Rutgers College and her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
