PSEG Long Island and Island Harvest Food Bank Thank Generous Three Village Residents for Donating 3,000 Meals in Annual Food Collection

(UNIONDALE, N.Y. – June 29, 2026) PSEG Long Island and Island Harvest Food Bank are grateful to the Three Village community for the generous donations made to PSEG Long Island’s Power to Feed Long Island food collection event on Friday, June 26.

The community came out and supported their neighbors in need with the equivalent of nearly 3,054 meals at PSEG Long Island’s Power to Feed Long Island food collection at the South Setauket Stop & Shop supermarket. The nearly $650 in cash and nearly 2,110 pounds of food and essential items collected will be distributed back to the community by Island Harvest Food Bank to families through local soup kitchens, nourishment centers, food pantries and other outreach programs.

Friday’s event was the second in PSEG Long Island’s 2026 summer-long food drive initiative.
