PSEG Long Island Helps Businesses and Contractors Build Out Electric Vehicle Fleets and Charging Infrastructure
Commercial customers and contractors are invited to an important June 13 roundtable to learn more
(UNIONDALE, N.Y. – June 3, 2025) PSEG Long Island invites commercial customers, developers and contractors to attend its next Transportation Electrification Round Table on Friday, June 13. Attendees will get to talk to experts on available programs and resources to help businesses install electric vehicle charging stations for customers or their own commercial vehicle fleets.
The event takes place from 9 AM to noon at 740 Old Willets Path in Hauppauge.

Experts will discuss the practical challenges and solutions for charging fleet vehicles like electric school buses, which must operate several times a day. They will touch on the available incentives and the support resources that PSEG Long Island offers throughout the process of electrification.
PSEG Long Island has supported the installation of more than 1,000 EV chargers at businesses and housing developments on Long Island through its EV Make Ready Program since 2021. Thousands of more chargers will be supported over the next five years.
The Transportation Electrification team launched its EV Partner Program last year to make it easier for businesses to find contractors to install EV chargers at their business pseglinyportal.com/Public/ContractorFinder
PSEG Long Island also launched its Fleet Make Ready Program last year to enable businesses to transition their vehicle fleets to electric with available rebates and incentives.
PSEG Long Island’s complimentary Fleet Advisory Service helps commercial customers understand how to make this transition and understand available resources and incentives
