Bob Rowe

Vice President - Construction & Operations Services

Bob Rowe was named Vice President, Construction & Operations Services, in November 2025. In this role, Mr. Rowe is responsible for leading PSEG Long Island’s Projects & Construction, Materials and Logistics, Fleet, Safety, Environmental, Facilities, Project Management and FEMA/Storm Hardening organizations, among others.

Mr. Rowe has direct accountability for PSEG Long Island’s capital budget for major Transmission & Distribution infrastructure projects, real estate and property development, as well as its annual O&M budget for T&D Services and Facilities.

Mr. Rowe has more than 32 years of experience with PSEG Long Island and the legacy companies that served Long Island and the Rockaways.

Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Projects & Construction, where he directed the delivery of the multi-year T&D capital project portfolio since 2021.

Mr. Rowe holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University, and an MBA in finance from the Dowling Institute
