Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP)
Get help paying your energy bills, with this federal program. HEAP provides both regular and emergency assistance for low-income households and individuals.
Household Assistance Rate
This program may reduce the cost of some portions of your energy bill. You may be qualified if you receive benefits from Medicaid, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), or other assistance programs.
Receive a grant for emergency assistance for heating fuel or electricity.
Residential Energy Affordability Partnership (REAP)
You may qualify to have energy-efficient lightbulbs or appliances installed in your home at no cost to you. The REAP program helps low-income individuals find ways to save on energy costs.
