PSEG Long Island Employee Volunteers Help “Wrap Up” Christmas for Local Families in Need
(Uniondale, N.Y. — Jan. 22, 2018) — Decked out in bright orange Santa hats and big smiles, more than three dozen PSEG Long Island employee volunteers wrapped up a special Christmas for area children whose parents likely wouldn’t have been able to afford gifts. Tri CYA in Huntington Station and Family Service League’s annual shopping event provides free, donated gifts for parents in need to give to their children without having to worry about paying. After the parents shopped for gifts, PSEG Long Island volunteers, working in shifts for two days, cheerfully wrapped the 6,000 gifts for the grateful parent shoppers.
