It might take four to six weeks to process your DirectPay enrollment. In the meantime, continue making payments as you normally would. You will be notified of your DirectPay start date by mail and via a message on your bill.
The payment date, which is 20 days after the bill date, will always be shown on your bill. If you'd like to resolve an issue before your payment is deducted, please call us at 1-800-490-0025 at least five days before the payment date.
PSEG Long Island does not charge for this service. However, some banks might. Check with your bank before you enroll.
Full-time customers with a history of on-time payments are eligible to enroll in DirectPay.
Both your bank statement and your next monthly bill will serve as records of the transaction.
