Site Meeting Request

A site meeting is requested to discuss substantial changes to existing electrical installations or non- standard conditions at a service location. An example would be having your service go from overhead to underground and wanting to discuss which pole the service should be fed from. Please submit the documentation outlined below and complete the following steps:

Complete the site meeting request formPDF, as well as a load letterPDF and if the work requires a substantial change, a site plan.
